Im not really one to leave reviews but I do believe in giving credit where it is deserved. I stop here almost every day before work and I must say the service is always great, one of the best Starbucks around by far, however today I was having a really bad morning and the woman behind the drive threw window could tell and really went above and beyond to make my morning better. She really did put a smile on my face this morning! Thank you so much!

I come here all the time. It'd be nice if there was an option to hop off of the drive thru line. The line is absolutely awful sometimes. 10-15 cars and theres absolutely nothing you can do about it. Uncalled for. Other than that, the customer service is perfection.

The service time in drive thru is HORRENDOUS. At times the line is 12-15 cars long and you never know what you're going to hit until you drive around the corner. There is no way to get out of line once you pull in. Staff is pleasant and orders are always accurate.

The service in the drive thru can be really slow. That is my only pet peeve. Otherwise the staff is always sweet and polite.

Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes. It was crazy thank God when I finally did get my iced coffee it was delicious.
